130m² upstairs gîte featuring a simple, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a beautiful, bright veranda with a dining room. The two bedrooms are equipped with two 140cm beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is separate. To make your stay enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, while sheets are optional. Parking is limited to one normal-sized vehicle near the gîte (excluding trucks and vans). This peaceful, characterful house is ideally located for exploring the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region: at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Rhône, and Isère departments. For nature and hiking lovers, several marked hiking trails are located at the foot of the gîte to help you discover the richness of this region. Jocelyne & Lionel welcome you to their spacious and functional accommodation. Sit on the terrace in the shaded and flowery courtyard to enjoy a breath of fresh air: admire the scenery, listen to the river and the birds.
