We welcome you in a green setting, in the heart of the Landes countryside, just 4 km from the spa resort of Préchacq les Bains for a stay combining rest and relaxation. Ideally located, our gîte has a private garden of 3600m² with fitted parking and a private swimming pool (10m x5 m, depth from 0.90m to 2m) secured by a barrier and an alarm, accessible from June to September (depending on weather report). You will appreciate the calm offered by the site, the beautiful volumes of this house, its veranda opening onto the swimming pool, and the traditional architecture of the building. This large detached house (with the owners nearby) offers on the ground floor, a veranda opening onto the swimming pool, a living room with TV lounge and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners), 2 bedrooms (2 160x200 beds), a bathroom with Italian shower, a toilet, a relaxation office with fitness equipment, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and freezer), toilet. Upstairs, a relaxation area on the mezzanine, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a bathroom, a toilet. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided. Wireless. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
