LORIENT REF 383 - Sleeps 4 - 400 meters from the city center, furnished townhouse/duplex apartment with 2 private outdoor parking spaces. Living room with fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with countertop and snack bar), cupboard, separate toilet. The upper floor has a hallway with two cupboards, one of which has a washing machine, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed.
*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in town. If linen is optional, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services: 90cm bed linen = €14, 140cm or 160cm bed linen = €18, bath towels = €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, set of two tea towels €4, baby travel cot €15, Wi-Fi for unequipped accommodation €39/week.
Please note tourist tax is extra. According to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.
