Semi-detached house of approximately 40m2, for 4/5 people, in a tourist residence, quiet, under the pines: 900m from the famous Conches beach. It consists of a living room of 17m2: with a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140. A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and a separate toilet.
Also available: a wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
Parking possible in front of the house. Free access to the collective swimming pool of the residence which is located 30m from the house.
The Domaine des Oyats offers Wifi access from 20 euros per week.
End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.

Conches Beach in Longeville sur Mer is the largest beach in the town. Located in the village of Les Conches, you can access the main part of the beach by avenue du Docteur Joussemet. In season, this area is supervised (access n°13).
Bordered by imposing dunes, the beach quickly becomes wild as you move away from the main access.
Going south, the beach changes its name to Bud Bud Beach. This area is one of the most famous surf spots in the Vendée (often compared to the best spots on the Basque coast and the Landes).
