Upstairs, you will have access to a living room composed of a convertible sofa (sleeping 2 additional people) with television, an office area, two double bedrooms (160x200 bed), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 + baby bed), a bathroom (shower + sink) and a separate toilet. Outside: parking, covered terrace, deckchairs, barbecue, relaxation lounge. Heating, electricity, beds made, towels and household linen are included in the price of the stay. On the heights of the Champagne vineyards with breathtaking views of the hillsides, 30 minutes from Chatillon sur Seine and the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient, 45 minutes from Troyes, come and discover "L'Ubacchus". Nestled on a 2.5 hectare park with animals in the wild (sheep, horses, pigs), you will appreciate the decoration, the quality of the materials and the unlimited access to the spa. To please the little ones, the owner offers you the possibility of rides on his horse.
