Spacious modern house with a nice private pool in the Sant Genís area. Very
close to the Grifeu beach and easily accessible in the area of the port of
Llançà.
Decorated and equipped with care and detail, very cozy and distributed over
three floors.
On the ground floor of the house is the garage for two cars with a small
bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Terrace with dining and lounge furniture,
iron barbecue to spend evenings around the pool. It also has loungers to rest
