Beautiful semi-detached house in the emblematic site of Grifeu, with excellent
views to the area of Cap Ras and the Gulf of the Sea d'amunt of Llançà ,
Colera, Portbou. The house is distributed with great care and detail on three
floors. At the entrance of the house is the parking area and garden area which
goes to the end of the house giving the pool (which is common with house A). On
the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a magnificent dining
