Duplex apartment located in the seafront of Llafranc beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Llafranc is one of the most beautiful towns in Costa Brava that stands out for its beach with clear and crystalline water, the pine-covered walk and the seaport. Ideal to enjoy of a familiar holiday in Costa Brava! It has a large and beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. In the main floor there is a dining room with TV and direct exit to the terrace. Kitchen fully equipped: cutlery, pans, refrigerator, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs you can find: a main room with a double bed, a second room with two individual beds, a third room with three individual beds, a fourth room with an individual bed. There are two bathrooms: one with shower and the other one with a small bath. Utility room with washing machine. The building is facing the sea, with entrance from both streets and it has an elevator. Pets allowed only on request and with a supplement. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. -Bed linen and towels are not included. 8 euros/person bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels. –Baby cot: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/baby high chair.
