The commune of Livet is located in the Coëvrons region, an area renowned for its marked hiking and trail running trails, as well as its small, charming towns, including Sainte Suzanne and Saint Pierre sur Erve.
Livet is just 8 km from the Paris/Rennes motorway, Vaiges exit, 7 km from Sainte Suzanne, and 7 km from Evron, home to its abbey.

50 meters from the gîte, there is a 7,400 m² public lake with picnic tables and fishing (trout, white fish, and predatory fish) from March to September, with a federal fishing license (available on the FFP website). The Presbytère's two gîtes are available for rent for a group of up to 13 people (H53G010789). The gîte is spread over two levels, accessed via a few steps. LEVEL 0: 32m² living room with kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, filter coffee maker, single-serve coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender) - 16m² bedroom with a 140x190cm bed - bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer, toilet, and washing machine.
LEVEL 1: 19m² bedroom with three 90x190cm beds, storage, and desk. Bedroom 3: 15.8m² bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, storage, and desk - bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail - separate toilet.

Pets allowed. Access to the accommodation is through a narrow gate. A few steps lead down to the entrance. Then, the living areas, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet are on level 0.
In Vaiges, take exit 2 off the A81 motorway and head towards Evron for 8 km to reach Livet-en-Charnie. The cottage is located in the small village of Livet, opposite the church, a former presbytery. On a GPS device, enter the name of the town "LIVET" (53150).
