Welcome to Lit et Mixe, a small coastal village 7 km from wild beaches, 15 km from Lac de Léon lake and the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve and with cycle paths nearby. We await you for a comfortable stay with family or friends in this modern villa with above-ground swimming pool and outdoor spa. This cottage benefits from an ideal location to enjoy the ocean, the golf courses, the forest and all the summer activities and entertainment while staying in peace and quiet. Ideal for a weekend or a week... Modern villa with an above-ground swimming pool (7.32m x 3.66m, depth of 1.32m open from June to September depending on the weather) as well as an outdoor spa 4 places (usable all year round) are at your disposal to relax in the 3000m² enclosed garden with Japanese garden. A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha extends the interior living space. This house (adjoining the owner's personal home) is large and bright. Built on one level, it is composed of:
a large living room with lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI, NETFLIX subscription, Blu-ray DVD player, soundbar), dining room, equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood , dishwasher),
pantry (American fridge, washing machine, dryer), 3 bedrooms (4 140 cm beds including 2 bunk beds), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Thanks to the 140 bunk beds, 2 additional people can be accommodated for a maximum capacity of 8 people: a supplement of €50 / week / person is requested. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as electricity consumption, water and air conditioning are included in the price. Baby equipment can be requested: travel cot, high chair and bathtub. Spa included in the price from May to June and in addition from October to the end of April €15/day.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
