Ideally located just 16km from the beaches, 6km from the village of Linxe and 15km from the lakes of Léon and Vielle Saint Girons, you can discover and appreciate the Landes coast associated with the forest and the countryside. Cycle paths, golf, as well as all the fun and sporting activities await you for a stay with family or friends. Plus, in this secluded location, the guarantee of a peaceful vacation. A unique stage to be planned from June to September! This old restored bread oven has retained its half-timbering combined with all the modern comforts essential to create a functional, bright and pleasant gîte. Built on one level, this independent house is composed of: a living room with dining room, lounge (flat screen TV),
equipped kitchen area (induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer),
two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, reversible air conditioning. A covered terrace of 11 m² is at your disposal with garden furniture, barbecue and shade sail. Ping pong table
For your comfort, sheets are provided. Baby equipment (with travel cot) can be provided at your request.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
