Madame Matignon welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere on her estate surrounded by vineyards of the Grande Champagne du Cognac, including the main house, the Gîte des Collinauds with its closed courtyard, as well as an old oil and flour mill converted into a group gîte. . She will make you discover what makes the attraction of this country where one develops what one calls the liquor of the gods: the landscapes but also the men. You can still learn how people lived on the estate more than a century ago thanks to the exhibition of horse-drawn carriages and old tools.
