Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest, in this small wooden house on the edge of a small stream. The vast grounds will be the starting point for your walks to discover the Landes forest. You can even go get your bread on foot or by bike. And for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the beach is less than half an hour away. Independent gîte with living room offering:
Living room with kitchen area, bathroom connected by the bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed). separate toilet. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, restricted service telephone, freezer. Electric heating.
Baby mat on request: high chair and travel cot. Garden furniture, open land, courtyard. Land of 1000 m². private parking. Pond in front of the gîte (fenced). Gite surrounded by hedges. Nearest neighbor 50 m away. nearby road.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
