Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest, in this small wooden house on the edge of a small stream. The vast grounds will be the starting point for your walks to discover the Landes forest. You can even go get your bread on foot or by bike. And for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the beach is less than half an hour away. Small gîte with wooden cladding, adjoining an adjoining outbuilding. It includes: kitchen, living room. You will go down 2 steps to access the bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom. Equipment: TV, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Electric heating. Baby equipment on request. Emergency services telephone. End of stay cleaning fee: €40. Garden furniture, Shared built barbecue. Unfenced land. Walk possible from the gîte. Common communal land of 15,000 m² with private part. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
