Renovated apartment, and decorated in a functional way. It includes a spacious entrance, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob and a large fridge with freezer. The living room opens onto the loggia, and includes a dining area with 6 seats and sea view. The loggia is converted into an office. The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilets and two bedrooms with new bedding. The first bedroom has a 160 bed, and the second has four 90 beds.
