It includes on the 1st floor, a large dining room, living room, lounge with sofa bed, TV, opening onto a balcony and its garden on the ground floor. You will find a table and the necessary equipment to fully enjoy the outdoors. Also on the 1st floor, a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
A bathroom (shower) with double sinks, and separate WC. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (140x190) and in the 3rd bedroom 2 beds of 90x190. Private parking and free street parking. About 20 minutes walk from Port Olona (Vendée Globe Village) Linen not provided.
