The apartment offers very good services. An entrance with wardrobe, a living room opening onto a balcony and lounge, a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hood, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, wine cellar), a bedroom with bed 160 and wardrobe cupboard, a bedroom with 180 bed base and 2 90 cm mattresses and wardrobe cupboard, a bathroom with washer-dryer, a separate WC with hand basin. Garage in the basement of the building. Fiber in the apartment. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, deposit of €800.00 by bank check as well as cleaning deposit of €90.00.
