Located in the Sables d'Olonne, about twenty minutes walk from the beach, the ports and the town center (1500 m) and 1000 m from a supermarket, this rental on the ground floor of a small residence has private parking in front of the apartment and a garden at the back. On one level: direct entrance into the living room, a kitchen and scullery, a shower room, separate WC, a living room with 1 adjoining 130 cm sofa bed, separated by a curtain, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and shower room with WC.
