Studio in a residence facing the sea. The large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne is accessible by the ferryman 400m away in summer and a small equipped beach is 200m from the residence, as is a coastal path, starting point for beautiful walks on the edge from the sea. All shops at 700 meters and town center of Les Sables d'Olonne at 1900 meters. On the 9th floor with lift: entrance with cupboard, kitchen, living room with corner balcony offering an unobstructed view of the sea: 1 rapido of 140 and 1 BZ heater of 80 - Separate shower room and WC.
