Beautiful cocooning apartment, facing the large beach, in a building of character and typical of the Sables d'Olonne embankment. Relatively well located, you will find the shops of the city center and the Halles Centrales market 400 m away.

On the 2nd floor on the mezzanine floor and without elevator, you will find a living room with kitchen area, all with a superb view of the ocean, 2 sofa beds of 80, a sleeping area with a bed of 140, a bathroom (shower and sink) as well as a separate toilet.
