Welcome to "La Demoiselle", a comfortable gîte with 3 beautiful suites, on the banks of the Loire in the town of Ponts de Cé.

A city combining plants, history and culture, Angers is an attractive destination for tourism. Close to the vineyards of Layon and Aubance, typical villages on the banks of the Loire and Maine... Leave your car at the gîte and easily take the bus lines to visit Angers without constraints and in an ecological way.

Going up a few steps, you arrive in the entrance which leads to a contemporary kitchen of 22m² with a beautiful dining area, the first suite and a toilet. A wood stove offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. One level below, the living room with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables opens onto the south-facing terrace. On the first floor, you will find 2 beautiful suites.

The suites with their private bathrooms are between 20 and 24m². They all have a 160x200cm bed, television, private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, storage and tasteful decoration.

The house has kept some old elements for a warm and cozy atmosphere: original parquet floors, cement tiles, wooden staircase... The large openings make the spaces bright. The antique furniture reinforces this welcoming atmosphere where you feel at home! Although in an urban environment, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace under pergolas with electric barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table...

End of stay cleaning, sheets, towels, beds made... Everything is included to give you time to enjoy the gentleness of Angers.

Shops and transport 7 minutes on foot, Angers 10 minutes by car. Things to do nearby: Terra Botanica, Angers castle, Jean Lurçat Museum, cruise on the Loire, the Loire by bike, the heart of the city of Angers with the Cité, the David d'Angers gallery, the surrounding castles such as Brissac , Serrant, Le Plessis-Bourré, Le Plessis-Macé... The owners live on the same property and can easily provide you with information.
