Atémisse is a beautiful, detached, traditional-style house, recently renovated in a contemporary style, located between the sea and the marsh, 30 m from the sea (natural beach - swimming possible only at high tide) and 300 m from the train station and shops/restaurants.
Private parking on the property (2 vehicles). Enclosed garden of 570 m² with two south/east-facing wooden terraces. Outdoor storage for bicycles available.
Ground floor: bright living room (pellet stove) with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: round bedroom accessible by 1 step with a 140x190 bed, 2: two twin 70x190 beds, 3: master bedroom with a 140x190 bed and adjoining private shower room/toilet), bathroom (bathtub/shower with door) and separate toilet. Attic mezzanine above the living room with office (accessible via Japanese staircase).
Upstairs in a tower: relaxation lounge with adjoining terrace and sea view.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/chair/bathtub.
