Les Issambres, Côte d'Azur, facing St. Tropez: a brand-new and splendid contemporary villa, recently completed. This one is only available for rent in late June and early July.
You'll appreciate the elegance combined with excellent taste. On the pool terrace level, there's a living room, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a laundry room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen-size bed, a shower room, bedroom 3 with its own shower room with a queen-size bed and a child's bed, and bedroom 4, also known as the master bedroom (queen-size bed), has its own bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and a discreet shower on the terrace. The pool house is fully equipped with a kitchen, a gas barbecue, and a gas griddle.
On the lower level, there's a separate apartment with access to the outside, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms 5 and 6 each have a queen-size bed, a toilet, and a shower room.
(Linens are available for rental upon request). Large games room and sports equipment
(treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, dumbbells), as well as an electric piano for music lovers and a foosball table for the young and old.
A beautiful 10x5 swimming pool with steps and an alarm system.
Small pets are welcome only upon request.
