Ground floor: Living room, kitchen area and lounge area with 56x34cm flat screen TV, WiFi internet connection and fireplace. Bathroom. Independent WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. Oil central heating. Private unfenced land of 200 m2 with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. Unfenced land shared with the other gite with swing and sandpit. Household linen and firewood included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €60. Heating package €12/day. Restored Périgord house with shady park on the heights of Les Eyzies de Tayac (2.5 km), in the heart of the Vézère Valley.
