Owners of this cottage for a very long time, we always have as much pleasure in welcoming guests from all walks of life and helping them discover our Périgord.

Description of the accommodation

5 km from Terrasson (all shops) and 15 km from Brive, detached house of 100 m2 near a house on enclosed grounds of 300m² with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and covered shelter.
On the ground floor, you will discover the living room with kitchen area with wood stove.
Upstairs you will find the living room with a 120 cm sofa bed, a bedroom with two 90x190 beds and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, bathroom and separate WC.
The heating is electric. Perigord house in exposed stones 20 km from the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites classified as World Heritage by UNESCO: In Montignac, visit the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4. Aux Eyzies de Tayac and surrounding areas: caves of Font de Gaume, Bara-Bahau or the engravings of Combarelles, Abri du Poisson, or even Bernifal, Abri Pataud, Laugerie Haute, Laugerie Basse... without forgetting the National Museum of Prehistory and the Reception Center of the International Prehistory Center. 30 km from Sarlat, classified as a 'City of Art and History', a city with an exceptional architectural heritage (medieval residences and Renaissance hotels).
