Renovated 58m² 2-bedroom apartment with sleeping alcoves, sleeps 7, south-facing, on the 12th floor of the Lauzières du Charvet residence, at the foot of the slopes and close to shops. Features two balconies.

The apartment comprises:

Open-plan living/dining room with kitchen and TV
Master suite: with a 160cm double bed, en-suite shower room, and TV
Sleeping alcove 1: two 80cm bunk beds
Sleeping alcove 2: two bunk beds and a trundle bed (80cm) and a TV

(Upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6).

The kitchen includes: a conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, four-burner induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, and a washing machine.

Bathroom with toilet + separate second toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided (except for short stays and during the summer).
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Individual ski lockers are available.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.
