Very pretty holiday home in a hamlet near the town center, for a stay in the heart of the Loire Valley. The cottage is located in the main residence. You will have at your disposal an additional living room, in a small uninhabited annex house located next to the gîte. [hidden] of the gîte: living room (sofa, etc.), fully equipped kitchen. Floor of the gîte: 1st bedroom (2 90x200 beds), 2nd bedroom (90x200 bed), 3rd bedroom (160 bed), shower room, toilet. WIFI connection. electric central heating (extra/meter reading). Unfenced landscaped garden of 500 m² (barbecue and plancha). Covered and lockable shelter (on prior request). Included in the prices: sheets (beds made). Non-smoking gîte. In a small group of magnificently restored buildings, your gîte is a very pretty, independent and comfortable house, very well equipped, which will undoubtedly contribute to the success of your holiday. In the heart of the Loire Valley, the Touraine countryside here has magnificent accents of Anjou. You will discover it by visiting the surroundings, particularly through the landscapes, the wine regions or the architecture of the traditional houses. These two regions have an exceptionally rich historical past, traces of which they preciously preserve all along the Loire. These are the famous castles including Saumur, Brézé, Montreuil-Bellay, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé and the magnificent Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, all located within a 30 to 40 minute radius. The wine terroirs are also omnipresent in the region (Chinon, St Nicolas, Bourgueil, Saumur). Tasty tastings and cellar visits await you there!
