This former independent workshop has been completely restored for your comfort. Ideal in all seasons, thanks to its wood stove in winter, and the swimmable lake in summer 500 meters away, you will appreciate the calm, the preserved and spacious environment that its large wooded and flowered garden has in store for you. And the village shops are all close by. For a stay for two or as a family, this is the dream place! A few steps from Lake Léon, on a superb park with trees and flowers, you will be charmed by this former independent workshop on the ground floor, with living room/lounge opening onto the kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140) , washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, electric and central heating, Shared enclosed land. Garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard. Baby equipment. Shared enclosed land of 7000 m² with private area. Sheets and household linen provided for weekend rentals, 2 nights maximum. On site 2 other gîtes and owner's house 50 m away. Beyond one animal, contact us, if agreed €30 per week per additional animal. Cleaning option possible to be paid on site €60. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay must be subject to request for authorization from the owner. This cottage is modular, when renting for 4 people you only have the rooms mentioned above, the rest of the accommodation is then closed.
For rental between June 22 and August 31 and for all school holidays, find this gîte for its total capacity (for rental up to 15 people maximum) under reference 10729.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
