We welcome you to Léon, a small dynamic village, on the Tours des Chemins de Saint Jacques de Compostelle route, with its lake, the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve as well as the many activities offered throughout the year. Here, you have a private swimming pool heated from 01/05 to 30/09 (9.5m x 4m, secured by a cover and an alarm), a large private garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. This independent house is bright and spacious. It can accommodate up to 12 people. It is composed of: on the ground floor, a living room with lounge (TV, insert, WIFI) and dining area, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas cooking rings, electric oven, oven microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood), a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed) and its private bathroom (bathtub), a bathroom (shower), a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 2 140 cm beds, 4 90 cm beds including 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds - bunk beds are not suitable for adults), a bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) can be requested. This rental is not suitable for 12 adults. For your comfort this rental is suitable for 8 adults maximum and 4 children in bunk beds. We invite you to present to the owner a certificate of rental civil liability upon your arrival. Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles 300 m away at Place l'Abbé Dudon (next to the town hall).

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
