Beautiful charming villa on the 2nd line of the basin and independent studio. Close to all amenities, the pond and the oyster huts about ten meters from the villa.

The villa consists of a large living room with a panoramic view of the Basin, an open and equipped kitchen and a dining room.

Night side: You will find 4 bedrooms including 1 140 cm bed, 2 80 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds and 1 150 cm bed with a pool view, one bedroom has a terrace and another has a balcony.
A bathroom is adjoining two of the bedrooms.
A shower room, a bathroom as well as 2 separate toilets complete the set.
You can enjoy a large wooden terrace with a pond view equipped with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.
A second gate, on the Bassin side in the garden, gives you direct access to the oyster farming village.

A studio attached to the house offers total independence to the occupants who stay there.
It consists of an open and equipped kitchen, a living room with a convertible sofa overlooking the Basin.
The sleeping area has a 160 cm bed with a view of the Basin, also with a bathroom and WC.
A small terrace with a view of the Basin in front of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the balmy summer evenings.
