Very pretty wooden villa located in a preserved village, 50 m from Four beach, 100 meters from oyster tastings and 500 meters from the golf course and tree climbing.

Spacious and bright, come and enjoy two terraces, the first facing South East offering a soothing view of the Arcachon basin and the bird island. And the second faces West overlooking the pine forest.

The villa is divided into two levels:

On the first floor, the villa consists of a large living room with 3 spaces: dining area, coffee area, reading and relaxation area (TV...), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a view of the basin.

On the night side, it offers 2 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm modular beds as well as a master suite with a 160 cm bed, its bathroom and its WC.
It offers a second bathroom and separate WC.

On the second floor, a third bedroom with a beautiful view of the Basin, equipped with a sofa bed with a high-end mattress.
Finally, a fourth bedroom completes the ensemble with a 140 bed which overlooks the edge of the forest.

An enclosed garden with trees, fully equipped for the summer (with plancha, garden furniture, deck chairs, etc.), will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments.
