On the ground floor: you will find two bedrooms, 160 cm beds, and a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, sleeping 4.
You will also have two bathrooms and two separate WCs, all with separate exterior access as well as interior access.

Upstairs: you will benefit from a new and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room.
You will also find two bedrooms with 140 cm beds including a master suite with a view of the Basin, as well as an adjoining bathroom, a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds or 4 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
From the living room, you can access a panoramic terrace with a view of the Basin, equipped with garden furniture, a table for 16 people and a gas plancha.

A large, quiet, wooded garden will complete the ensemble and will allow you to play a game of Ping-Pong when you return from your beach afternoons, and to enjoy your summer evenings!

You will be close to the oyster huts and the beaches of the Basin.
