Semi-detached house to the "Les Iris" gîte with independent entrance and view of the countryside: living room (Orange TV) with kitchenette (fibre coffee maker no. 4), bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160 x 190), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140 x 190), shower room with toilet.
Unfenced garden (but away from any traffic) of 1500 m² on a 10,000 m² property, ping-pong table under cover, mini-caravan for children, football goals, trampoline, bicycles available.
Sheets and duvet covers provided; beds made for the arrival of guests. Towels and household linen, cleaning products provided.
Electric heating and cleaning included.
Possibility to rent the two or three gîtes (G649 and G713 and G841): 5% reduction for the rental of 2 gîtes and 10% for 3 gîtes. Gîte, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, where you can visit the Maison du Parc in COURBOYER (NOCE), admire the heavy Percheron horses and ride the greenway (5 km away - free bicycles available at the gîte). In the surrounding area you can discover: BELLEME, its forest known for the beauty of its oaks, the variety of its mushrooms (mycological days at the beginning of October), its golf course, its antique dealers, the LA HERSE pond (fishing and picnic area) and its legends, the SAINTE GAUBURGE trades museum, the picturesque villages of LA PERRIERE, LA CHAPELLE MONTLIGEON and its basilica… You can also enjoy the good restaurants in the area, and the many regional products (sales at the farm and at local markets).

The price does not include: For a temperature of 19/20° max the average consumption is 40 kWh/day.
With the government recommendations for energy saving, any excess will be billed at the agreed rate in force on the rental date.
