House in lush greenery, spacious and comfortable, 20 min walk from the city center (10 min by bus), in a very quiet area, 10 min from the legendary 24-hour circuit of Le Mans. come and discover the medieval city Plantagenet with its Gallo Roman wall.
On the ground floor, an entrance, a large living room with living room and lounge area (TV). Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.). Independent WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and one bedroom with one double bed and 1 single bed. Bright bathroom with large shower. Rental of sheets possible.
