Traditional house with stones and exposed beams located in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 14 km from Clisson and 21 km from Nantes, and adjoining the owners' house.
Private unenclosed courtyard of 30 m² for sunny meals, unenclosed space at the back of the gîte (shared with owners) with view of the countryside, the vineyards and a body of water (unsecured).
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, Hifi, cot and high chair.
Included: heating by aerothermal energy and electricity.
