Description of the accommodation

This large building of 440 m2 was restored with the aim of respecting the environment, working in a short circuit and giving a second life to objects. The atmosphere that emerges is simple, friendly and comfortable.

You will remember the attractiveness of this house: a 200 m2 floor dedicated to relaxation: a "kids room" for young children, a library lounge, a darts area, A 90m2 room: billiards & ping -pong

The house is composed on the 1st floor of an equipped kitchen, a dining room, 8 bedrooms, a living room, 2 shared toilets.

For your comfort, 3 bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms. In addition: 1 room with 2 90x140 Italian showers with a Nordic atmosphere, each with its own private changing room.

In summer, thanks to its excellent insulation and its geographical location, even during heatwaves the house remains cool.

The gîte's parking lot can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.

Part of the park is left natural in order to preserve the fauna and flora in order to protect biodiversity. The flat area for lunch and fun is maintained.

The ground floor of the house is not open to the public. The cottage is not accessible to people in wheelchairs, the entrance to the cottage is via a staircase which leads to the 1st floor of the house.
The incoming/outgoing inventory lasts approximately 45 minutes and is done with the owner.

Location & environment

Coming from St-Etienne, follow the direction of Yssingeaux: take the second exit, that of the Super U, at the roundabout turn left, go over the N88, take the road to St Jeures D7 and follow Chambon sur Lignon. In the village, turn right before the big point on the road that goes up towards the cemetery then continue for 500m the road goes down, the cottage will be on your right.

Arriving from Tence follow the D157, then rue de l'Eglise and turn left on rue de la Fontaine, cross the bridge then follow the road to the left for 300m
