Description of the accommodation

Single storey gîte not overlooked with access via a private entrance in the upper part (Gîte Liya in the lower part) house located in an area of 4200m2 shared with 2 other gîtes. You will have access to a comfortable living-dining room and an equipped kitchen. You will access a 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds then 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a bathroom with standard-sized shower and a WC. A 3rd bedroom with 1 160x200 bed has a private bathroom with bathtub and WC. Independent WC. Washing machine shared by the 3 gîtes. 2 private terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Swimming pool shared with 2 other gîtes, chlorine, 9mx4.5m, depth of 1.0m to 1.40m, secured by cover, open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. Baby equipment on request. The price includes: sheets, towels, electricity, heating. The price does not include: cleaning at the end of the stay €50.
