Description of the accommodation

You will appreciate the spacious rooms of the house and the warmth of this fully paneled and well insulated family chalet. Living room (35m2) with kitchen area and living room with fireplace opening onto a large terrace overlooking the garden, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), baby travel cot, 1 bathroom, 1 shower, 1 sauna for 4 people. 1 living room, games room for children in the attic with TV DVD area. 1 attic with two extra beds of 2x90 (total 8 beds). Heating included. Non-smoking gîte. The 130 m² gîte on the ground floor and 2 floors is located in the village of Bessat, the highest village (1170 m) in the Pilat park. It has beautiful outdoor spaces: terrace, enclosed garden with portico, ping pong and bowling alley: 720 m². Free access to municipal tennis. Optional sauna for 4 people at 100€.
