Warm and ideal triplex apartment forming part of an old farm from the 17th century, completely renovated, and on the first floor, in a peaceful village in the heart of nature, 10 mins by car from the "pearl of the Vosges", Gérardmer. The entrance and the laundry room are shared with the owners and a washing machine is available. The land and the terrace are also shared with the owners, however it is a garden of almost 2000m². Non-smoking gîte. Animals are strictly refused. Free WIFI. Heating mode: pellet stove + electric convectors. A charcoal barbecue is available to tenants. Possibility of star tourism, because the three large cities are roughly equidistant: Gérardmer 20km, Epinal 24 km and Remiremont 28 km. The Tendon waterfalls are 5 minutes from the cottage. A forest is at the foot of the cottage, beautiful walks are possible. Loft composed of a bedroom, and a sleeping area on the top floor, a spacious bathroom, an office space, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living area with a dining table. Reservation possible for 3 people, on request, with a supplement of 30 € per night for the additional person. The cleaning fee is compulsory for all contracts, at a rate of 50 €. Charges are included in the price, as are towels, household linen and sheets. Beds are made on arrival.
