On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, fan oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the living room (flat screen television, stereo + connection USB/IPOD, DVD player, CD, library). On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a large master bedroom (1 200x200 bed). On the 2nd floor: a bedroom (2 90x200 beds) which will delight children. Outside, an enclosed plot of 230 m2 (courtyard and garden) allows you to fit 2 cars and relax among the flowers and shrubs. Free WIFI. Pellet stove heating extra: €10/15 kg bag. Roseline Demeyère gives theater classes in the Charleroi region (Belgium). Jean-François runs public speaking training courses and runs a professional theater company. He is artistic advisor at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Charleroi. Roseline and Jean-François Demeyère have been married for 35 years and have two adult children. He lives in Belgium but regularly goes to Landreville. They enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, taking part in cultural events, are passionate about genealogy and are happy to help.
