By land and sea, this house will be your ideal starting point for visiting the surrounding areas: you will be 10 minutes from Auray by car, 15 minutes from Erdeven and Carnac and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. 5 minutes from the house, you will find all the local shops. Hallage du Blavet (ideal for walking or cycling) and Nautical kayaking base 20 minutes away. Chemin de Cadoudal (forest circuit on the banks of the Ria d'Étel) 10 min. Land aux Lutins leisure park 5 minutes away.

You can also easily reach Lorient and its interceltic festival via the Landaul-Mendon train station located in the immediate vicinity of the house with approximately one TER per hour.
