F2 apartment of 55 m², located on the 2nd floor with elevator, entrance is via a passageway. In the heart of the city center and 100 meters from the thermal baths, with a view overlooking a public garden. The apartment is double with a North exposure for the bedroom and living room, and a South exposure for the kitchen and the bathroom. Kitchen: fridge/freezer, gas stove with oven and 3 gas and 1 electric hob, microwave, dishwasher. Living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, flat screen TV, Wifi in the accommodation. A separate bedroom with two 90cm beds joined together. A bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, a sink and a washing machine. Separate WC. Balcony with a table and two garden chairs. Free municipal parking nearby. Rated 3*** in 2020. PETS NOT ALLOWED. A travel cot for babies can be made available on request within the limits of our stock.
