The escape begins here in Landes d'Armagnac which combines conviviality and simplicity. In the countryside, close to Mont de Marsan, Roquefort, Villeneuve and St Justin where you will find all amenities, choose the Bassibé gîte for a relaxing and exhilarating holiday. There is something for everyone, the little ones can let off steam on the trampoline in the middle of the park or go on the swing, the adults can relax by the swimming pool (with alarm), to share with the owners. The family can also hop on the bikes for a stroll to explore the surrounding countryside. For your comfort, the cottage is composed as follows: - the living room-kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a combined fridge freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, WIFI, - the living room nestled on the floor offers a 140 bed on sofa bed with TV corner, reversible air conditioning in the upstairs corridor. - the corridor leads to 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 bed and its private bathroom (shower and sink). - 2 toilets 1 on each floor. You will benefit from the 4000m² park with non-delimited private space, very flowery and very neat, and will appreciate the small relaxation areas. The swimming pool, with jacuzzi and deckchairs will help you relax, as will the calm, tranquility and serenity of the place!

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
