Come discover this charming detached house, located in a quiet neighborhood and able to accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, the house consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) opening onto the garden, as well as a large living room with a fireplace. The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
The sleeping area includes three large bedrooms, two of which are equipped with two single beds (90 cm), and the third with a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has storage cupboards. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the property. You can also enjoy a large, tree-lined, shaded garden that surrounds the entire house, as well as a beautiful terrace furnished with a large dining table and lounge chairs.
Parking spaces are available in front of the property (but not inside) in this quiet neighborhood. You'll be charmed by the amenities this accommodation offers, as well as its location, just steps from shops and a few kilometers from the beach. You can also take a bike path that will take you directly there.

Backed by the forest of maritime pines and cork oaks, the Labenne beach, open to the Atlantic Ocean, stretches over 3 kilometers for a total area of 11 hectares.
Upstream, the dune and its vegetation play a key role in protecting the interior coastline and thus preventing the progression of sand.
By taking the only road or the cycle path that leads to the beach, you arrive on the esplanade which overlooks the ocean.
We hesitate between the warmth of the sand which invites you to rest and the sea baths which relax with their iodized spray, or invigorate thanks to the waves acting as a real natural “thalassotherapy”.
