Backed by the forest of maritime pines and cork oaks, the Labenne beach, open to the Atlantic Ocean, stretches over 3 kilometers for a total area of 11 hectares.
Upstream, the dune and its vegetation play a key role in protecting the interior coastline and thus preventing the progression of sand.
By taking the only road or the cycle path that leads to the beach, you arrive on the esplanade which overlooks the ocean.

Description of the accommodation

Come and discover this charming detached house, located in a quiet area and able to accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, the house consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden as well as a
large living room / living room with fireplace. The sleeping area includes 3 large bedrooms, two are equipped with 2 small 90 cm beds and the 3rd with a 140 cm bed. Each bedroom has storage cupboards. A bathroom and separate WC complete the package. You can also enjoy a large tree-lined and shaded garden which runs all around the house, as well as a beautiful terrace with a large dining table.
A garage as well as private parking spaces in front of the property will be at your disposal.
You will be seduced by the services offered by this accommodation as well as its location, a stone's throw from the shops and a few kilometers from the beach. In particular, you can take a cycle path which will take you directly there.
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
