We offer you this pleasant fully renovated studio, comprising an entrance with storage, a bathroom and toilet, a bright living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, television, dining table, a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, hood, microwave, filter coffee maker and a second Senseo pod).
You can enjoy sunny days in the south-facing garden, with terrace and its furniture and awning.

THE TURBALL

Tourist town located on the Côte d'Amour, bordered by a 15 km shoreline, half bathing directly in the Atlantic Ocean, the other in the salt marshes of Guérande.
Known for the dynamism of its fishermen, La Turballe offers visitors seaside pleasures in a preserved environment (European Blue Flag for beaches for more than 15 years) for its 9 kilometers of beach.
The markets are very popular with locals and tourists alike.

• History and heritage: The ship "Au Gré des Vents" has been certified "Boat of Heritage Interest" by the Maritime and River Heritage Foundation. The trawler will thus be able to set sail and make the most of its maritime heritage.
Le Moulin à Fernand, built in the middle of the 18th century, named after the last miller, Fernand Nogues, is located on the road to Saint-Molf, at a place called Les Quatre Routes and can be visited.
The Belvedere Chapel of Trescalan was erected and dedicated to Our Lady of Mercy. Every year, on the evening of September 22, the Rosary was said and a special hymn was sung in honor of the saint. For access to this platform, one climbs 110 steps and after a first landing one can discover the vault of the frame of the Church and admire in a tour of the horizon.
