-> 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. and its bathroom. 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet

- Upstairs :
-> 1 landing with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which (25 m²) with 3 single beds, and the 2nd (9 m²) with 1 single bed,
