Location: single-storey house (approx. 1960) surrounded by an enclosed garden with trees (700 m²), 400 m from La Grière beach and 5 min. by car from the shops in the Grière district.
Layout: 1 large living room, with fireplace (decorative only) and flat screen TV (TNT) opening onto the terrace, at the front of the house - 1 equipped kitchen (4-hob stove: 3 gas and 1 electric, oven , microwave, refrigerator-conservator, dishwasher and washing machine) - 1 corridor leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed. (140) and 1 with 1 single bed. (+ 1 extra folding bed for 1 person), 1 shower room with WC, 1 bathroom (bidet, bathtub, sink) and 1 separate WC - 1 garage used for storage.
Exterior: 2 covered terraces (via an overhang): 1 at the front of the house, accessible through the living room and the other, at the rear of the house, accessible through 1 of the bedrooms; garden furniture, barbecue. Parking on site (parking possible for 1 to 2 vehicles).
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning upon reservation: flat rate of €100. Linen is not provided.
