Located in a very quiet condominium, the house is composed of an entrance with cupboard, an equipped kitchen area, a living room in which there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a bedroom with sleeping in 140 and a closet, a bathroom with sink and washing machine, a separate toilet. The bay window opens onto a veranda of approximately 8 m² which opens onto the terrace and the garden. Labeled 1 Clévacances key. A small parking space available in the garage located 30m from the house.
End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services on request: rental of sheets, towels and baby equipment. Rental of 4G wifi box possible: €40/week.
