The studio includes a living room with fitted kitchen area, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and upstairs (steep stairs) a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m) with 2 90cm beds. The studio has a terrace with garden furniture. Location 250m from the beach and 2.5km from the city center.

End of stay cleaning must be done by the rental.
